- 300th Anniversary Concert - Thank you
Lexington residents enjoy the presence of many dynamic volunteer and civic organizations. As the 300th Anniversary approaches, many community leaders have begun plans to coordinate with the town's celebrations in honor of our tercentennial. The 300th Anniversary Committee is pleased to provide this calendar to highlight all the Town's events.
To have your event listed, please complete the Events Submission Form. Descriptions of these events will be posted as they are approved, beginning February 15, 2012. Lexington organizations are planning a wide variety of celebratory events in honor of the 300th Anniversary.
Items submitted to the 300th Anniversary Committee are subject to approval before being included on this website. Each event must meet the following criteria:
Supporting events are free of charge and open to the public on a space available basis or, if a fee is charged, the fee goes directly to support the official events of the Lexington 300th Anniversary Celebration Committee.
Coordinating Events are run by private organizations or businesses and feature the 300th Anniversary as a prominent or major part of their program or theme. A fee may be charged by these organizations and proceeds from these events are used by private organizations or businesses for their own benefit.
Submitted events will be reviewed by the Events Committee and the 300th Anniversary Committee on a monthly basis. Groups will be notified by the Chair to indicate whether they have been approved.

- Directly connected to the celebration of Lexington's Tercentennial
- Non-partisan
- Non-religious, meaning that the event is not intended to promote a specific religion (As Lexington organizations frequently rent or use event space in religious buildings, churches or temples, the location of an event will not bar it from being listed on the town website.)
- Open to the public
- Accessible to all participants
