Submit Your Event for the 300th Anniversary                                            

    We invite groups and organizations to submit proposals for activities, lectures, panels, demonstrations or other events that are directly connected to the theme of the 300th Anniversary of the Incorporation of Lexington, MA.  

    If this is an event you would like to hold during Incorporation Weekend on March 16th and March 17th, 2013, please use our     Incorporation Submision Form.  Events for any other day should be submitted using the form on the bottom of this page.

    Event Criteria:
    1. Events must be primarily civic or educational in nature and closely connected to the theme of Lexington, Massachusetts' 300th Anniversary Celebration.  
    2. Events must be non-partisan.  
    3. Events which are free and open to the public are preferred.  
    4. We require a contact person who will be responsible for all aspects of the event.    

    Approved events will be listed on our 300th Calendar on this web-site either as Supporting Events or Coordinating Events.  

    Supporting Events are free of charge, or, if a fee is charged, proceeds will be donated to defray the costs of the 300th Anniversary Events. 

    Coordinating Events may charge a fee, and the proceeds are directed to benefit the organization listed as the responsible party.  
    Only events listed on this web-site are officially approved by the 300th Committee.  Please fill out the inquiry form below, hit submit and we will be in contact with you. A red asterisk indicates a field which must be completed to submit the form.  We will make every effort to contact with you within ten business days.  If you have not heard back from the 300th Committee after that time, please contact us again.
